เว็บไซต์ ลิขิตฟ้า ("เว็บไซต์ฯ") ตระหนักถึงความสําคัญในการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล เพื่อเป็นการสร้างความเชื่อมั่น จึงจัดทําประกาศความเป็นส่วนตัว เพื่อแจ้งให้ทราบถึงวัตถุประสงค์ของการเก็บรวบรวม และใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

Likit Fah ("the Website") recognizes the importance of personal data protection. We establish this privacy notice to inform you of the purposes of collecting and using your personal data.

1. ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 1. Personal Data

  • ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลทั่วไป: เช่น ชื่อ นามสกุล วันเดือนปีเกิด เวลาเกิด สถานที่เกิด เพื่อนำมาใช้ในการผูกดวงชะตา
  • ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่อ่อนไหว (Sensitive Personal Data): เช่น เชื้อชาติ ศาสนา ข้อมูลสุขภาพ (เว็บไซต์ฯ ไม่มีการเก็บข้อมูลส่วนนี้)
  • General Personal Data: such as name, surname, birthdate, birth time, and birth place, used solely for calculating your natal chart.
  • Sensitive Personal Data: such as race, religion, health info (we do NOT collect any sensitive personal data).

2. การจัดเก็บและการใช้ข้อมูล 2. Data Storage and Usage

การใช้บริการดูดวงและพยากรณ์ผ่านเว็บไซต์ ลิขิตฟ้า ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน (เช่น ชื่อ วันเกิด) จะถูกใช้ประมวลผลและทำนายผลทันที ข้อมูลเหล่านี้จะถูกบันทึกไว้เฉพาะในอุปกรณ์ของท่านเท่านั้น (LocalStorage) ไม่มีการบันทึกหรือจัดเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลใดๆ ไว้ในระบบเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเว็บไซต์ฯ ทั้งสิ้น

ในกรณีที่อนาคตมีการเปิดระบบสมาชิก เว็บไซต์ฯ จะจัดเก็บข้อมูลเฉพาะเท่าที่จำเป็น (เช่น อีเมล รหัสผ่านที่เข้ารหัสแล้ว) และเก็บเป็นความลับสูงสุด

When using our astrological tools, your personal details (like name and birthdate) are processed immediately. This data is saved locally on your own device (LocalStorage). We do NOT record or store any personal data on our servers.

If we introduce a membership system in the future, we will collect only necessary details (e.g., email, encrypted password) and keep them strictly confidential.

3. การเปิดเผยและการลบข้อมูล 3. Disclosure and Deletion of Data

เว็บไซต์ฯ ไม่มีนโยบายเปิดเผยหรือนำข้อมูลของท่านไปขายให้แก่บุคคลที่สาม ท่านสามารถลบข้อมูลของท่านได้ตลอดเวลาโดยการล้างประวัติเบราว์เซอร์ (Clear Cache / LocalStorage)

We do not sell or disclose your data to third parties. You can delete your saved details at any time by clearing your browser cache/LocalStorage.
